Why isn’t the price just the cost of the heater?

The heater is only part of the job. Your price also covers the new parts code requires, like the expansion tank, gas and water connectors and sediment trap. It covers a licensed plumber’s time, the truck and tools, hauling away your old heater, and our 1-year labor warranty. If something we installed has a problem in that first year, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Is this my final price?

For most homes, yes. These are our standard prices. We confirm your final price at a free visit, and you approve it before any work starts. If something about your home changes the price, like a vent that has to be redone or a gas line that is too small, we show you and explain why first.

How long is my price good for?

30 days from the day you get your estimate. Book within 30 days and we hold that price for you.

What brands do you install?

Name brands only. For tank water heaters we usually install Bradford White. For tankless we install Noritz and Navien. For water treatment we install Fleck, HALO and Flow-Tech. Our installers are factory-trained on the major brands.

Do you charge for the visit?

Visits booked from your online estimate are free. Repair visits are $49, and we credit that toward the repair.

Can I use a coupon with these prices?

Yes. One current offer can be used per job. You can see our current offers on our home page.

How do you keep your prices fair?

We are a local, owner-run company based in Pasadena. No call center and no commission salespeople. You deal with a licensed plumber who gives you one flat price, in writing, before any work starts.
